Just enter your desired search term or keyword in the field provided, such as “roses” or “lilies” or other related terms, click the “GO” button, and the appropriate search results will be displayed.
- How do I make a purchase?
This is the best part -- making your online purchase! Browse through the products displayed and click on the item of your choice to view more information about it. If you wish to purchase the item, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ icon, depending on particular variants and delivery options that fit your requirement. The item will be automatically added to your shopping cart, where you will be able to view all the items you have selected. View your shopping cart at anytime by clicking the appropriate links, such as the “Shopping Cart” link on the upper portion of the webpage.
From your shopping cart, you can click on the “Remove” link to remove the item. You can also change the quantity to add or subtract the number of items you wish to purchase. Just make sure you click on ‘Update Cart’ to display changes made.
Once you have finalized your selections in your shopping cart, click on ‘Check Out’. You will then proceed to the transaction page, where the total cost of items you have purchased will be displayed, before shipping fees. You will be asked to fill up forms to indicate recipient information, shipping details, and method of payment among others. After completing the forms, click on ‘Continue Transaction’.
You will then see your total cost including cost of shipping. You are then asked to give your Credit Card and Billing Information. After answering all the required information, click on ‘Everything’s Ok. Complete Transaction”’. Only after this step will your order will be submitted for processing and approval. You will then see a confirmation page, where you will find details of your transaction. Please save this page, either by printing it out or copy-paste to a Word file, for example. This allows you to keep your transaction number, which you can use reference should you have any inquiries on your order. You online purchase is now complete! Congratulations!
- How do I know that my purchase was successful?
After purchasing, you will be shown your transaction details including your Transaction Number. The Transaction Number indicates that your transaction has been successfully registered in our database and will now be processed for approval. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail indicating the same information. Please note down your Transaction Number as you will asked to present this in case of any inquiry. If you did not receive any confirmation e-mail, please notify us through e-mail at customerservice@SheLikesFlowers.com. You may also click on “My Account” on the upper portion of our homepage, to view your transaction history.
- How will I receive the items I purchased? How long will delivery take?
Items purchased on SheLikesFlowers.com will be delivered to the Shipping Address you specified in your online transaction form (refer to ‘How do I make a purchase’) via our certified couriers. Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, orders will be delivered within the next 24-48 hours from the time of online purchase, unless otherwise stated for the particular product or storefront or if any concerns or issues arise. Some items such as large or customized goods may take more time to deliver. You will be duly informed should deliver time will take longer than expected. - How do I track my orders?
To determine status of orders, send e-mail to customerservice@SheLikesFlowers.com. Please indicate all your order-related details, including your transaction number, inquiries, for cross-reference purposes.
- How do I pay? What currency is used?
The currency used on the website is Philippine Peso (PhP). We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

When you receive your confirmation e-mail advising that your transaction has been approved, this signifies that your credit card has been accepted by the credit card company and that your bank has already deducted the purchases that you have made from your account.
- What are the policies for Returns, Refunds and Cancellation of Orders?
When you receive your confirmation e-mail advising that your transaction has been approved, it signifies that your bank has already deducted the purchases you made from your account. At this point, the charge to your credit card has already gone through, in the same manner as your credit card being swiped at any physical store for a real world purchase, and your order cannot be cancelled. Requests made prior to receipt of confirmation e-mail can still be made, however Also, SheLikesFlowers.com does not refund orders. We may, however, replace products sold should we determine that the products have been damaged and/or have been unsatisfactorily produced, handled, or delivered, beyond the control and knowledge of the recipient, depending on the evidence at hand. Such customer inquires will only be entertained if made via e-mail or phone call within 48 hours of receipt of purchased goods.
