ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed daily from Mondays through Fridays. Orders received before
3:00 PM (Manila time, or 0700 GMT) from Mondays through Fridays are processed on the same day
while orders received after this time are processed on the next business day. If your order was
placed after 3:00 pm on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or on a Holiday, such order will be
processed on the next business day.
Product availability
Products sold by myAyala.com merchants are ideally available
for courier pickup and consolidation within 24 hours after the order has been processed and
approved, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If your order will not be available within 24 hours, or is out-of-stock, myAyala.com
will notify you by email if and when the item will be available, or if the item has been
phased-out, as the case may be.
- If your order has been approved, you will be notified by email at the email address
you provided when you registered as a member or when you made the purchase at
myAyala.com . In certain instances, especially for COD orders, a representative

SHIPPING AND
INSURANCE
myAyala.com ships ordered goods through any of our
in-house courier group or, through any of our authorized couriers such as Aboitiz
One, 2Go, Air 21, DHL, and FedEx. These authorized couriers reserve the right to
refuse to ship items that are restricted from carriage by air transport regulations or the
regulations of its air carrier partners. The terms specified under the Conditions of Contract of
these couriers apply on packages shipped through them, respectively.
Orders are normally dispatched on the next business day following the day
they were processed. For orders to be delivered to a Philippine destination,
please allow 2 to 3 days for Metro Manila and 3-5 days for Outside Metro Manila. For international
destinations, standard delivery schedules of the couriers apply.
myAyala.com does not assume responsibility for, and
shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential,
arising from the handling and delivery of ordered goods by its authorized courier.

Delivery by myAyala.com Merchants
In some cases, specific items (such as food items, cakes, appliances, flowers, etc.
) require handling and delivery by the merchants themselves. Certain myAyala.com
merchants offer their own delivery service within Metro Manila and to certain destinations
within the Philippines .
Products requiring special
handling
Gift baskets, wine bottles, food and
delicatessen items, and magazine subscriptions are delivered by a special
courier, but delivery is limited within Metro Manila only. For provincial delivery of
appliances, myAyala.com may charge an additional
cost for crating and special handling, due to the volumetric weight of the item. We shall notify
the customer by email should any additional charges arise prior to the approval of the order and
the shipment of the items.
